At times very high rates for some trades and very low rate for other trades.
Hence, as we introduced BOQ analysis of projects. Through this method, different priced BOQ will be converted to a uniform summary format, of single page. Comparative check on BOQ become very easy and decision can be taken quickly. The format we used to analyze BOQ was based on SMM7.
