Through Civeng and the current team at Civeng has carried out different number of project management projects and delivered the project to the satisfaction of the Client.
Contractor of the Maldives are willing to work with CVNG Consulting and understand that at CVNG Consulting we manage the process in such a way that it is easier and cost effective for the Contractor to mobilize his resources and deliver the project on time.
Project management technical meetings are held every week on a specific date and all the activities on site, and off site are discussed and issues resolved.
On a monthly basis project progress reports will be produced by both the Contractor and the project management team . A project review meeting including larger group of all the stakeholders will be held on a specific date every month. Issues that affect delivery of the project will be discussed and resolved.
For each project management project we allocate a team and our efforts of delivery of the project will be much intense than normal building construction consultancy project.
