This building located at Maafannu district of capital city Male, Maldives. Its primary structure is concrete and has a raft foundation as a base. It has a special features of slanted columns chosen by the architect.

The structure of this project was designed by the current managing director of Civeng. He carried out compilation of tender document, tendering. He managed the project until due to Covid-19 the project came to a halt. We hope this project would take from it has stopped.
