This building is located at Maafanu district of Male. Located in main road of Majeedhee magu. Primary structure done with reinforced concrete. Foundation is full raft.
- Architect: Initially started with design from Riyan Pvt ltd, however the final design was changed. New outlook the building was produced by Mohamed Ishan Saeed, Mspace pvt Ltd.
- Structural & MEP Engineer: Riyan Pvt Ltd, however some elements of MEP design changed during project management process.
